A SKIING ACCIDENT
Sharon: How did you break your leg?
Peggy: I (ski) down this mountainside, I hit a tree branch, I couldn't keep my balance, fell flat on my face and broke my leg.
Sharon: (take) the photograph?
Peggy: My friend Derek, (agree) come skiing off piste with me although our instructor had advised us against it. I was lucky he was with me because after the fall I was unconscious for a long time. He called the emergency services, explained what had happened and I (airlift) to a hospital very quickly.
Sharon: Skiing off piste is very dangerous. You listened to your instructor.
Peggy : I know and we regret (listen) to him but skiing off piste is exhilariating. You are alone in the middle of unspoilt nature!
